Guidance for the Chief Constable of Police Scotland

The PVG Act was amended on 1 April 2023. This meant that Scottish Ministers had to issue guidance to the chief constable about their functions under Parts 1 and 2 of the PVG Act. This guidance was formally issued on 25 April 2023.
