Changes to our services
We changed our services on 1 April 2025. This was to implement a new law, the Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020.
The Act changed the disclosure system in Scotland, including:
- fewer disclosure levels
- changes to Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) membership
- new referral powers for councils and integration boards
